~redhot：I bought a new watch about a year ago, and the band broke. I followed the instructions in the manual for ordering a new band in Nov. of last year. I checked on the order at the end of January, and was told it was on back order, and that it would be in soon. In February, I had a friend re-order the watch band, and it was shipped in five days. I called to inquire how this could happen, and was given the biggest line of BS I have ever heard. Finally I was told that they were going to take the bands off of two new watches, and send them to me that day. This is the poorest service I have ever received. Now we have bought numerous watches from Timex for our athletics over time, but will not be doing business with Timex in the future.
