~karabeach107:We recently got Time Warner (which was the BIGGEST mistake I've ever made). I'm telling you people who go online and read reviews to READ THIS! The very first time I called TW the guy had NO idea was he was even talking about, putting me on hold to ask his supervisor if he was giving me the correct price and so on. The guy created me an account and I scheduled an appointment for August *rd at *pm.. Well I waited...and waited.. and waited.. AND NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!! I ended up having to call TW Customer Service (which by the way was * help) for them to tell me my husbands credit was ran (and approved) but NO account was actually created. I struggled to even get a Manager on the phone because they were trying to argue with me. FINALLY I got an awesome lady who scheduled me an appointment for today (August *th). They guy that was going to install it had to call me because they STILL HAD MY ADDRESS INCORRECT! I had to take an hour and a half out of my day being on the phone with their GOD A
