~Miklos：Time-Warner customer service is the worst I have ever come across. First of all, finding a phone number to call after searching on-line was extremely difficult. After a busy signal (in this day and age!) and * calls not answered, FINALLY I got to speak to a human. The promised survey never happened. And to think Time-Warner has been sold to COM-Cast who are notorious or their crappy customer service. There is a call to ATT-Uverse in my future.
