~janpitts:This number was of no help. I asked for Retention and instead of transfer, they kept the call but did not do anything except recommend I keep the service I have at the higher cost I have. Not interested in paying nearly $*** a month for Cable, Internet, and phone but since I was a long time customer they didnt want to give me a deal so I will be canceling the account and going to WOW. It's not what I wanted to do but TW doesn*t want to keep old customers just get new ones. Not much for customer service for existing customers.
