~c：The most horrible service ever! I ordered the * way bundle and the representative assured me I will have the choice package so I can get Sprout for my daughter. All this for $*** with taxes and everything. The equipment arrived * days late, the box worked only for ** minutes, the phone modem did not work. I had to call customer service * times from the first day of being a customer. Besides that,I found out now I have to pay $* extra to receive Sprout channel because I did not have Choice, I had Variety package. I was lied to, customer service is awful, expensive,equipment fails and every time you call them, they try to add more to your bill. Can I just add, that I called the CA Tech Support number twice and I was rerouted to TEXAS? I think this is the WORST service company ever!!!!!!
