( have own modem and router. Their customer reps do not seem knowledgable. I wound up speaking to * reps and one hour of my time. I am disconnecting old address effective tomorrow and would not recommend service to anyone--I am satisfied with the new connect promotion, but if price doubles in one year will be going with FRONTIER. aFTER i GET FINAL bill, will take my complaints higher, starting with BBB, but also corporate office.
