~PRG:I am a business owner with Cable,Internet, wideBand and telephone services.Can not get any body to reconcile billing and services. Because they have regional and National department and there is a tug of war going on between them.I lost over $**** in business, and lots of bad publicity for poor Internet services including on Trip Advisor. Seems like no body cares. So why am I with them?.They are the only one have this services in my areas. They have Monopoly on the market. By the way I pay close to $**** per month for these services.Even though I am in the middle of very large city. It has been * months since this is going on
