I ended up buying tickets again, and now that the event is over, even though I found the original tickets that were never used I was was told by Ticketmaster that they can't give any refund, even though they gave me wrong information originally. Believe me when I say, I will never ever purchase tickets through Ticketmaster again if there is any possible way around it!!!! Look at past reviews Ticketmaster and wonder why so many people say "I hate Ticketmaster". Maybe some system revisions are in order! Try being people and treat customers on a case by case basis, instead of being just a machine!
