The pregnant women cannot touch USED cat litter because of the possibility of toxoplasmosis. The switchboard operator did not identify herself which is unprofessional. She had a condescending voice and I doubt that she even forwarded the information. It is unfortunate that someone answering the telephone for the WC is so unprofessional.
