GetHuman-424214:This dept rates below (*) which is horrible! I was attempting to get in touch with someone with a pulse, to no avail! I know how to check the status of my refund.. I GET IT! It was suppose to be deposited in our checking no later than *-**-**. Well that didn't happen! Now it's been in process for days! Why? I just wanted to talk to someone to find out. After a ** min wait, a lady finally picks up & before I could even get my name out, she said she couldn't hear me & literally hung up!! Pathetic!!
