~BabyNebraska:I searched all day for a live customer service rep and all I got is that this to help with website issues? **** that noise! When we call, they tell us that there isn't a live person we can talk too and we have to get help from the automated service. This government is a piece of ****! When we need help, we have to bend over backwards to get it but let the government say they need help, we literally have to give them money (which they can borrow for * interest by the way) and they don't have to go through what we do.
