~Melissa：I bought a brand new adjustable base and there was plastic hanging all over the edge that I later found. it was mechanically bolted in so I could not remove it. When I asked Tempurpedic to make it right and remove it or give me a new base, they said that they were sorry I did not like the aesthetics of my base (the warranty did not over that!) It should not have come with hanging plastic to begin with!!! It was too expensive to not get "aesthetic" that they were selling in the store and on their website.
