~ANNOYED:YOU HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called in August of **** to find out if I had anything with Telecheck because my bank incorrectly bounced some checks of mine. I WAS TOLD I DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING WITH TELECHECK. I called them back in November of **** to make certain I did not have anything with them because I was closing the account. Again I was told I had nothing. Today, January **, **** I received a collection agency referral notice stating I have an outstanding check with telecheck from July *, **** and that you have made numerous attempts to collect. FALSE, INCORRECT STATEMENT. I tried to call today and no one answered. AFTER ** MINUTES OF WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE, IT DISCONNECTED. VERY STRANGE TO ME. SO NOT ONLY DID I NOW GET A LETTER REGARDING AN OUTSTANDING CHECK FROM ALMOST A YEAR AGO, WHEN I TRY TO DISCUSS THE BEST WAY TO GET IT PAID, I CAN'T EVEN GET THROUGH TO ANYONE AFTER AN ** MINUTE WAIT. ABSOLUTELY DISGUISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE IS NO EXCUSE WHY
