~GK：I wrote a check for a car repair that was approximately $**** so I could have a record of transaction. The check was denied. I went to my bank and they said telechek did not present the check for payment and they have certain guidelines they go thru. I called and did not have to wait because I called "resolutions" dept first and was transferred. The reason I was given that they denied was because they did not have any record of me. I very seldom write checks - this is why they have not record. So they take personal information like address, phone *, bank routing info etc. I told them I would not use any merchant that used telechek. This is an insult to my character. They assume since they have no info that I am not legit.
