Sometimes you'll understand them, but they don't understand what you mean. Besides that, I have received defective product twice in a row. When I called to return it all and ask for a manager, I got an email saying that my product would be picked up and they would be sending me replacement product. Now, I have already received * shipments of the same product and both were defective. I specifically asked FOR MY MONEY BACK NOT A REPLACEMENT! Morons at the helm. Not only that, but they lie. I was told twice that my products would arrive prior to Thanksgiving and they didn't. They also arrived defective. Hold times are crazy. I have been disconnected by the system before as well. I will NEVER buy Target online again. UPDATE: Was on hold for * minutes and then got a voice recorded message that says "sorry but we are having system upgrades at this time.
