~ss:Got the Philippines. As a difficult exchange issue, I asked to be transferred to USA customer rep. Apparently they connected me to the online rep who said he could not help me with a store problem. Suggested further contact with store. Not helpful. I asked for supervisor and he said the place was closed. When he gave the hours, I asked for the time zone. He said "central" which would mean they were still open for one more hour* if EST they would be closed. He did not seem to get the difference and became unsure so wanted to argue. Then he placed me on hold for a really long time. I guess this is the tactic as I just gave up and hung up. Seems that what Target is about these days.
