I couldn't get the Target person to understand that my item had not shipped. He thought I was just being impatient. He gave me a reference * & said that if I didn't get the item in ** days, to call him back. It was clear that I wasn't able to make him understand, so I played along, took the reference * & hung up. UPS didn't help me either-they hadn't picked it up, but wouldn't find out why. I sent an email to Target to please let me know what was going on. I'm waiting to here from them now.
