~nanny2six:I called this ph * this morning. When woman answered could barely understand me and spoke very poor English. Typical of so many company's. I don't know what country I was speaking to but it definitely was not U.S. Then she told me her system was down. Call back which was funny as when I was on line trying to get an answer on site - they flashed a system down also. This company I have notorious for their computers failing (or so they say). I will not call back there as it is exhausting just trying to get the person to understand what you want.*I will not be doing any more business with this company on-line!
