~steve:I am a very experienced internet user. I pay ALL bills on-line so I have lots of experience with business websites. The TDS website(s) are the most convoluted mess of patchwork that I have encountered in years. For starters* (*) There should be one site log-in (user-name and password) to access ALL services (email, billpay, my account, etc.) available to a current customer. There appear to be old links and web pages scattered all over. It's a patchwork. It's great for I.T. job security but terrible for customer service. Technical support and regular CS tell me to enter their site at two different addresses. Remove all of the old links and web pages.
