I attempted to port my husbands number over from AT&T to tmobile and also upgraded his AT&T iPhone *S to a tmobile iPhone *s. During g the port over, tmobile completely wiped out my number which is the primary account holders number for over ** years and ported my husbands number to my line. I am legally blind and cannot travel without a phone and here it is I am missing a days pay because the problem has still not been rectified in over ** hours. Customer service offered me a months free of service for my compensation. That is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am offended and feel that tmobile a customer service has dwindled over the years. I real compensation for this horrendous ***** up would be at minimum, * months of free service or more and even that is *UNACCEPTABLE but it is justifiable for this to
