I can't even VIEW UPGRADES because my **.** payment has not posted. How abolutely CHILDISH! I can't even windowshop because thwy say I'm * days late! How about posting my payment!!! If you don't want to sell me a phone ok but I can't even view them!!!!!!!!! So sad. I'm ** and feel like my mom is making me sit in the corner. Grow tMobile. Look at my ** yr payment record. Thank God for Amazon and Ebay. I won't be buying a phone from you guys. I don't mind rules and policies but this is absolutley absurd and very childish. I don't have time to keep signing on to see If I am allowed to look at pictures of phones yet. Why make life hard for customers? My wife left this year...after ** yrs. and went to Verizon. Maybe I should too. Stupid way to punish ** year loyality. Grow up. And post my payment event though I want be buying my next phone from you.
