Although he failed to call me back, after he had asked me to re-check my post box. **After not receiving a call back, I phoned again. A short minute wait and again I was through. The gentleman was very nice and polite and within seconds had again also identified the problem (with a little help from me) and updated my details and re-issued another new sim. **The sim arrived in * days and my problem was solved. So a big thumbs up from me.
