~andynits：RIP OFF ALERT!!!! RIP OFF ALERT. I saw savings for the first few months then then they wacked me hard. They charged me over DOUBLE the rate if I had stayed with JCPL. Whatever i had in the beginning was wiped off away in the one month they over double charge me. This was my second company that I tried this and I got burned. They bank on you not paying attention to your bill after you see intial savings.
