GetHuman-297892：Two (*) complaints***. when suddenlink came out and installed our security system they did not wire our walkin garage door only after our car was broke into did we realize this was not done. Now to have the garage door wired with we have to pay extra because it was not done when they came out the first time. It obviously was not their fault. We did not follow the installer around and just assumed they knew what to do. Take our advise and make sure you check there work. ***. We also added a extra outlet for TV and gave instructions to not let the wires show because of our HOA restriction and the installer either was not told to do it that way by the main office or he just did not listen. We have a large black wire running up the side of our house. When we called and talked to suddenlink customer service they said they would have the supervisor over installation call us. No one has ever called
