I received another bill and after an internet search to get the phone number since it is not easy to find, I found it on this site. They did initiate a turn off date, but kept saying I wasn't responsible for any bills after that date. I feel I'm not responsible for the last two bills since I cancelled two bills ago. Why have a cancellation service on line if they are not going to monitor it, contact you, or turn it off?
