~Dee：Worst customer service ever!!! Wish people who had accents were not in this type of business they can't understand you and you can't understand them. Tried to get a supervisor ended up being same person again!!! After * times of calling for same issue I'm done!!! I don't need this type of stress when * months pregnant and already having complications with pregnancy!! Great service plan though, just horrible customer service!!
