~Pissed!:What a rip off! They told me that the phone that I switched from Straight talk to Verizon did not complete the port correctly (the phone was working fine for a week and then in the past couple of days I suddenly couldn't receive calls anymore but I can make calls & text). They claim my only solution is to buy a new straight talk card & reactivate under their company and then request that Verizon send a new port request! Straight talk used to have great service but it's really gone down in the past couple of years & I think it's cause they have "out sourced" to a bunch of scammers! Will never recommend them again!
