~jc:To Whom it May Concern,**FIVE days ago I purchased a Straight Talk compatible phone. I knew I needed to purchase a new SIM card because my wifes old phone didn't take one and the only way to bring her old number over to the new phone was to do this.**I purchased a $** SIM card activation kit at Walmart for the "bring your own phone program".......what a MISTAKE THAT WAS.....**I called customer service to be walked through the process. I was told in ** hours the old number would be working on my wifes new $*** phone....I waited.......** hours later,nothing. I called back......I was told by a supervisor to try the other compatible SIM card in the package and to wait ** hours....I waited......still nothing.......then I called on Monday and was told that "since I started the process on a Saturday it would take ** hours to process.......I waited.........STILL NOTHING.**So my wife and I called back AGAIN today.My wifes phone had been deactivated ON SATURDAY and her phone is STILL not working
