She was friendly AND knowledgeable.She was able to help me activate my internet with the BYOP SIM I bought for an old Iphone* (of which I was a novice user). She was able to help me find all the right buttons to push for wi-fi, etc. Excellent service once I got to the right person. And excellent time (** minutes on phone) compared to some endless, fruitless calls I've had before.
