~finally over：The trick is getting past the computers. It took me forever, and I was close to driving to a Wal-mart thru heavy traffic to do it. I tried every combination possible, and finally got thru by hitting the codes for "add a new line", this too they try to automate, and go into phone types. I waited them all out and finally it went to an agent. The agent of course was ready to make a sale, but haha, I was there to cancel! I will say the agent (Clearly in the Philippines) was great. Helpful, clear english, good demeanor. So at least they're using a good outsource provider for that. Otherwise - with Straight Talk, you get what you pay for.
