~Surfdog:Straighttalk has the worst Customer Support that I have ever experienced. As others have mentioned, you get a different answer (excuse) with every 'rep' you speak with. They are the bottom of the barrel in terms of being trained to resolve your issue. This is based on multiple calls to their Support on multiple different issues. How Straighttalk management justifies providing their customers with such poor service is concerning. I am currently researching different alternatives to using Straighttalk . I attributed the first bad experience as, "Well any organization can mess up once in a while". Now after several bad experiences, I attribute it to Consistently Very Poor Customer Support.
