~klps57:It is awful to have to spend so much time trying to conduct simple business. I tried calling straight talk directly and could not get a representative on the line. When I finally got a customer service representative on the line, her English was terrible and she was very difficult to understand. I am angry with myself for being so short with her but by the time I corrected several errors and repeated myself several times I was definitely less than pleasant. Awful service.
