I hear feed back with all calls the phone has never been in what I call working condition.i need help PLEASE! My daughter has the same phone hers is perfect she loves it ,she told me my phone is junk ,when I call her we can both hear feed back. This is embarrassing , when I talk to anyone they ask who my provider is I tell them Straight Talk.please check my call times they have me remove the battery and the last tech told me to turn the volume down! Really! I want the CEO of this co. To have my phone and see if he likes it!
