GetHuman-46403：After * days of trying to connect * new ST phones, using old Sprint *s, I was given a wild goose chase with nothing to show for it. Am having to resubmit request to connect * new phones right now with John and hopefully, we can get hooked up. Very very frustrated by the run-around given by your people, telling us that everything is in process only to find out that everything (ports) have been cancelled. What the heck???? I even went to the trouble of calling Sprint and having our old ph *s reactivated today only, in order for ST to transfer the *s. ?????? Doesn't look good for your company!!!!!
