I did finally also reach someone with State Farm in Illinois yesterday who was very helpful* yet, it still is like fighting the wind. Regarding my entire flood claim though, I give a zero. In fact even when it is all over, I won't put in writing what my true feelings are because they are so low. I will start a blog though and carefully state the facts. I can say this though: I am lowering my insurance coverage after it is all over, because I'm losing far too much money over this and could have rebuilt and replaced for less than I pay to be insured.
