~Toastpdr：First, I had to press a number for various services and mine never came up. All I wanted was to laminate a small poster. As if there are ** people all working in special departments. I have been in that store many times and NEVER saw more than * or * including cashiers. Who do they think they are with all those choices? It's BS! So after ** min, I chose to look them up on GET HUMAN. COM to get an actual person but even that number was a hassle!! Next, I called Office Depot and got a person right away who knew what was what. Don't deal with staples as I have noticed that they are obscenely mor expensive that Office Depot for the exact same thing! Ie: I went for a plan book as I am a teacher. I found one and it was **.**.whichwas pricey for what it was. I saw the exact same one in OD for *.**!!!! Amazing. I don't know how they got their name on top of the sports stadium in LA! The worst!
