I'm going to post the freaking question anyway, so it's not like they are saving any server space. For example, if a multiple questions from the same user get deleted or reported three or more time within an hour, THEN you could block them for an hour. But when I need to ask a question, I NEEED to ask a question because I am in the middle of programming and I need a f***ing response. Then I lose my train of thought and write angry complaints on websites like this instead of being productive. **** it!
