~BerrySandy:Squaretrade provided me with the HP Support number to resolve my problem due to my HP Printer was still in waranty with HP. HP Support was terrible! I tried all the solutions they gave me, none worked, so they told me another printer would be sent to me. I told HP Support "do not send me anyone elses old printer, but HP assured me that the printer would be ***% Reconditioned and working properly. HP sent a broken printer, I returned it and called Squaretrade back to inform them of the problem I was still having with my current printer. Squaretrade sent me a FedEx label to send my printer to them without any further questions. I am so pleased that I purchased my Squaretrade Waranty, because I now have a new printer, not a HP, and another Squaretrade Waranty.
