~wigglegiggles:I was instructed on how I should go about replacing my laptop battery and the very simple steps that were needed to quickly reimburse me the full price of the item. All they needed was an email with a screen shot of my Amazon receipt. So hassle free. I am very glad I had purchased a warranty through square trade. The only thing is that this counted as my one time battery replacement. Hopefully my notebook will not need to have this brand new one replaced for awhile!
