~kreejaffa:"I was gobsmacked by my experience with SquareTrade! I purchased a two-year warranty with my Galaxy Tablet, and had an issue after one year. It wouldn't charge or turn on. I called to file a claim, and the claim was approved in minutes over the phone. They sent me a pre-paid FedEx label that made it easy to drop off at a FedEx collection box. No hassle going to the post office, no postage fees. *My package was shipped on a Monday morning, and I had my tablet repaired and in my hands on Thursday morning! I was also given claim and tracking numbers by email to keep an eye on the progress. I did ask to be called back to see what repairs had been done, and the technician who returned the call was very polite and professional. I was worried that data would be lost because I couldn't back up my files before I sent it in for repair. I turned on my tablet as soon as I received it and all my date files were still intact! **Thank you, SquareTrade! I have already recommended SquareTrade warranty
