~Waeys2go:Being totally frustrated with the company I purchased my printer from and them telling me it was out of warranty. I have the receipt with the date showing there was almost a month left before the warranty expired. They insisted it was no longer under warranty. I than called square trade. They put me in touch with the printer company again. Same response. Now, we know square trade also had a copy of my receipt. Square Trade told me they were not going to run me around, chasing this company and immediately accepted my claim. no hassle, I'm very pleased. I now have a new printer on it's way.
