I am most dissatisfied with Sprint, a Blackberry phone, and being told I have to wait a WHOLE year for an update -- and pay full price for an Epic *G phone. I have been a Sprint customer for years. This contract stuff and waiting inordinate amounts of time for update is one reason customers leaving Sprint. I would also leave today except that I would have to pay outlandish price for a unit I am not satisfied with. I'm not asking to get out of a contact I am asking for another phone.
