~LadyM：After calling * different "customer service" *'s. I was forced to do the Sprint "CHAT" box on my account with a online rep. THIS IS THE GOLDEN NUMBER !!!: *-***-***-****!! Sprint live calls are no longer in the U.S.A. This number will be picked up by a LIVE rep in Costa Rica , Philippines ,Nicaragua ... My LIVE rep spoke clear english and was very helpful. But we need to keep U.S business jobs in the U.S ! Shame on Sprint.
