~MzB:I am extremely disappointed with the quality of customer service provided by Sprint. I took over the plan when someone passed away, and the bill is ridiculous. I have been unable to resolve the billing issue and now I signed the papers to take over the account and I'm not sure how to handle the situation! I have called at least * times, the most recent call was yesterday in which I spent * hours on the line with NO resolution to the situation!UGH!!!
