~anonymous:your customer service reps stink.. each person that put me on hold ended up hanging up on me without getting me a manager..so here is my concern.I understand all cell phone carriers wanting to be the best in the industry but I can tell you from my family's perspective and my friends as well, that your new advertisement regarding cutting my bill in half is nothing less than disturbing..your advertisement demonstrates characters displaying very aggressive and angry faces, and using such things as chainsaws, and machetes etc.to send a message that you're cutting our bills in half..SCARY!..so far I have had three of my five grandchildren watch in horror as these people display there grizzly faces as they machete chop, or cut a cell phone bill with a chainsaw..I hope you understand that we are now living in a day where violence is out of control and people are actually getting their heads cut off with machetes.Your choice of attention grabbing Is shameful to say the least and is frightening
