~horribleexperience:i never got thru to a human. i gave up. worst airline i ever flew. never again. the wait area in ft.lauderdale looked like an overcrowded zoo. all seats were taken and you could not walk the aisle between the seated persons as their legs took up all the room. it was a zoo. no customer service online or by phone at all. paying for a seat on the airplane? paying for carry on luggage? what a joke.
