~WorstInMyExperience:Worst in my experience. I was on hold for ** minutes my *st call* got an agent that could not help me. My wife's flight was delayed such that she could get home at the earliest * days late, and up to * days late. They considered this to be an accommodation for their delayed flight. I politely tried to explain that my wife had to be at work the next day - her boss had specifically declined leave requested for that day due to a company event, so it just looks horrible there, too. The * day late option flies my wife & **-month old daughter into Florida, then South Carolina, and we live in Arlington, VA - I would have to pick them up in Myrtle Beach. Or she could stay in Florida for * days & fly to Baltimore (and miss another day of work on top of the first one). No offer to cover *-* additional days due to their delay. No offer to cover * extra trips to*from the airport (*$** each). No offer to cover my miles driving to*from South Carolina from the DC area, even though that is less expens
