Then, when you try to reach a customer service rep, they are rude, unhelpful an refuse to giv eyou any information to resolve your issue! not to mention Every flight Ive flown with them gets delayed for hours, or Days! but the best was when the airplane itself completely shut off on the run way frightening everyone on board, including the flight attendants! Dont Flight Spirt! I never will again!
