~fedup:When trying to book a flight, your website told me there was an error and the flight was not booked. I tried again and the same thing happened. Then I went to my bank and found you had charged me twice. When I called to get this dealt with, I couldn't get thru to an actual person and when I did, her accent was so hard I could hardly understand anything she said. She then said I would have to have my bank clear up your mess only to find out you had issued a cancellation of one of the charges. You people are a mess!
