~Fig:I am trying to check into a flight. The online service is not working. There is no information nor human available to help. Recorded information on the phone does not help in this situation. This is not a discount airline - it is a way to take peoples money - flying American Airlines would have been much cheaper given the tricky way this airline operates. There is no way to get help to check in - and so we will no doubt be charged the even MORE exorbitant fee for checking in at the airport. And goodness only knows what seat we will get. I think I will complain to the FAA and anyone else that will take a complaint on this airline.
